Recent Buy - AAPL

I purchased 10 shares of Apple Inc (AAPL: NYSE) on 4/27/16 for $96.61/share.

Apple Inc declared their earnings on Tuesday, 4/26 after the close and missed estimates. I pounced on the opportunity to pick up a few shares lower than my initial cost basis of approximately $99.089

In hindsight I could have waited for lower prices as we did see during the 1st half of May 2016. I jumped the gun and I intend to add another 20-25 shares if the prices get lower than $90.

Apple also declared a $0.57/share quarterly dividend. a 9.6% increase from prior dividend of $0.52.

Dividend Yield = 2.39%
Annual Payout = $2.28
Payout Ratio = 27.4%
Dividend Growth = 3 years
52 Week High = 7/20/2015| 132.97
% Off 52 Week High = -28.5%
Beta (5 Yr) = 0.99
Payable = $0.57 - QRTR
Transaction fees = $9.99

This purchase adds $22.80 to my annual dividend income, based on the current $0.57 quarterly dividend.

I currently own 40 shares of Apple Inc and hence my dividends from AAPL = $91.20 per year.

My dividend stock portfolio will pay $1107.46 in dividends over the next 12 months.
